Our California-grown, Asian variety of dried Hachiya persimmons are delicately sweet with chewy texture. Their color is a vibrant orange and they have a star-shaped center. The fruit is dried with the skin on, and can contain some black flecks on the areas where it has been sun-kissed. Persimmons are high in fiber and a good source of potassium.
