Hope these early August days find you keeping cool, content and well-rested, partners! Though it may be warm where you live and work you’re probably thinking about the crisp, wintery holiday season ahead. Yes…we know…already! As you are in the midst of that planning, know that we are here to partner with you on your success!
As we move forward with our own holiday season planning here at Bella Viva Orchards, we’re acting on comments received from a recent survey we conducted. For those of you who provided responses, we thank you! Every comment is important to us and now we are celebrating your praises and have already made adjustments for our continued improvement.
Throughout this entire survey, we only had one comment about what we could do better. One of our partners shared that they received some shipments that were intact but the packaging didn’t fare so well in transit. We took that input seriously and got to the root of the matter. We’ve now brought on more durable shipping materials and everyone benefits! We’re so glad it was brought to our attention so we could make it better!
About customer service: Many of our wholesaler-partners reported that they feel we are helpful, responsive and timely. Another shared that they appreciate our family atmosphere. Another wholesaler commented that they are always made to feel important even if their order is on the smaller side. Another great comment was that one of our partners feels like Victor and Angela are the only ones running the business and they respect that that atmosphere has stayed strong even as the team has grown.

About quality: One wholesaler says, “You’re a leader in organics. I like that you press the boundaries with interesting new products like oranges and lemons!” Another shares that they enjoy having a direct relationship with us without a third party; they can go right to where the fruit is produced. Another partner appreciates that Victor is knowledgeable, available and willing to share about his craft. One glowing comment was, “It’s one thing to say that you have core values and another thing to show that you carry them out day after day, year after year!”
Wow! Thank you all for your kind and constructive comments! We believe you are always looking for new items to add to your product lines and we promise to continue looking for ways to expand our product offerings as much as Mother Nature allows and that align with our standards and values. (Think about our recently released Certified Organic Dried Banana Slices, for example.)
